The Harmony Procurement Portal
provides an outlined platform for approved and potential vendors to
register and maintain their company profile, in line with Harmony's compliance requirements.
- Approved vendors who have an active trading relationship with Harmony, must maintain their company profile and keep all documentation and company information up-to-date.
- Potential vendors who would like to do business with Harmony, must register their company on the Portal in order to be considered as a potential vendor.
Registration is easy - just follow the easy step-by-step process after clicking on "Registration" (located on the top right corner of the Home Page). Make sure that you have all the required documentation on hand, as this makes the application process much easier. Remember the more information you provide, the higher your
profile score. This increases your chances of doing consistent business with us.
You will need the following documentation: - Proof of Residence
- Recently Certified Copy of Company Registration Certificate
- Letterhead of Company (Showing: Address, Business and VAT
Registration Number, Directors, etc.)
- Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate / VAT 103 Registration
- Original Cancelled Cheque or Certified letter from Bank or
- Bank Statement
- Copy of most recent BBBEE Accreditation Certificate
- Certified Copies of ID’s of all Shareholders
- Company Profile
- Business Plan
If your company is Propriety Limited, we will also require the following: - Company Certificate of Incorporation
- Share Certificates
- Written Confirmation of Ownership / % Shareholding
- Directors: Executive (CM27) / Non-executive (CM27)
If your company is Close Corporation, we will also require the following: - CK2
- Member’s Shareholding
If your company is a Trust, we will also require the following: - Trust Deed / Agreement
- Confirmation of Voting Rights / Share
If your company is a Construction Company, we will also require the following: - Valid CIDB Registration Certificate
- NHBRC Registration Certificate
If your company is a Security Company, we will also require the following: - Valid PSIRA Registration Certificate
- If Profession Service Provider:
- Valid Industry license or Accreditation
You may also submit the following:
- List of Products that carry the SABS Mark
- List of Products that carry another Standard Mark
- Quality Management System Certificate
- Environmental Management System Certificate
